THE LUXURY MAIN EN-SUITE
Hugely spacious and elegant and offers supreme comfort. Sliding doors open onto a patio which overlooks the canals and surrounds. A wonderfully comfortable king size bed and crisp linen promise good sleeps. The bathroom is beautifully appointed with double basins, a huge shower room, bath and toilet. Generous cupboard space for clothes and a safe for valuables is to be found in one of the wardrobes. The rooms have fans and this room also has air conditioning if the temperatures warrant.

THE TANZANIAN TWIN ROOM
The owner's daughter worked in Tanzania for 8 years and this room creates a link to that adventure! This twin bedroom ideal for the adults or children. A spacious shower room en-suite and a patio through sliding doors with a view towards The Knysna Heads. A baby cot and linen is kept in the cupboard for young children.
THE DOLPHIN BEDROOM
This room is the owners' favourite! Wake up to bird song and streaming sunshine, a sparkling pool just a step away through sliders is the perfect way to start the day! This is a ground floor room (suitable for anyone with mobility challenges. Another quality Queen size bed makes this a very comfortable room with air-conditioning. A full shower and bath room en suite makes this an ideal bedroom for those who struggle with stairs or prefer to be on the ground floor. This bedroom also leads into a private sitting room with a wide screen TV offering full DSTV programme and wifi coverage.
KITCHEN, DINING ROOM AND LAUNDRY
Well equipped kitchen with breakfast nook makes feeding the family and entertaining a pleasure! Integrated double fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, double ovens and glass hob are quality features in this bright, spacious area. There is a super filtered tap water point for delicious drinking water supply installed in this room. An adjoining scullery leads out to the back courtyard.

The dining room has a beautiful suite in locally grown yellow wood and black wood and has settings for 8 people. This attractive area opens out through sliding doors onto an enclosed patio/BBQ (Braai)` area with a table and chairs seating 8 people. This area can be opened up and flows onto the pool and garden or the blinds can be closed to make for a cosy, elegant outside area to entertain and enjoy when the weather is inclement.
LOUNGE AND CONSERVATORY WITH A VIEW
The African earthy theme continues throughout the lounge area with a touch of soft leather, cowhides and tapestry. Equipped for TV viewing there is comfort and elegance in a beautiful space which flows out onto a conservatory overlooking the water and jetty. The shutter doors can be opened out to make this favorite space part of the garden or left closed to protect from the weather conditions. A thoroughly lovely place and firm favorite with the family to relax and unwind at any time of the day!
